About Bryant Yang, MDSJ

Dr. Bryant Yang is a native of Northern California and completed his medical training at UCSF, but subsequently moved to Los Angeles, where he completed his training for residency at Cedars Sinai and a subsequent infectious diseases fellowship at UCLA. He has been well clinically trained in a wide variety of practice settings, including academic, county, and community hospitals, exposing him to the entire spectrum of infectious diseases. He has a particular interest in antimicrobial stewardship to help combat the looming threat of multidrug resistant pathogens and has published clinical research examining novel therapies for COVID-19 as well as abstracts in antifungal and diagnostic stewardship.

When not thinking about medicine, he enjoys cooking, playing video games, watching Bay Area sports, and spending time with his wife and dog.
